Sweet, tart, and zesty!


Yields 3-4 dozen

1 1/2 cups room temp. butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (not packed)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups flour
4 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
zest of 2 oranges

  1. White chocolate, cranberry, and orange zest cookies
  2. Cream butter and both sugars on high in an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time, and add vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then add to mixer on low until just mixed together.
  5. Add in the chocolate, cranberries, and orange zest.
  6. Scoop dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for around 13 minutes.
