Sweet, tart, and zesty!
Yields 3-4 dozen
1 1/2 cups room temp. butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (not packed)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups flour
4 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
zest of 2 oranges
- White chocolate, cranberry, and orange zest cookies
- Cream butter and both sugars on high in an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs one at a time, and add vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then add to mixer on low until just mixed together.
- Add in the chocolate, cranberries, and orange zest.
- Scoop dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for around 13 minutes.
