This vegan cheesecake is infused with Earl Grey tea, and is baked. No need to freeze to set! It's creamy and smooth as cheesecake should be, and would be amazing with some whipped coconut cream on top!
Summer heat calls for copious amount of ice cream, combine that with an ice cold frappuccino (a completely vegan version!) and you've got this delicious dairy free and vegan frappé "ice cream".

A comforting classic, and a super easy to make gluten free and vegan dessert! I made mine in little ceramic ramekins but this would also work great in a small casserole/baking dish. I also recommend to serve with some vegan ice cream on top!
These vegan donuts were very much inspired by the tropics. Made with fresh pineapple, a coconut glaze, and macadamia nuts for a bit of crunch on top! A classic combo of flavours that screams of summer on the beach!
Working with honeydew melon in a baked good was slightly challenging but so much fun! It's not a flavour you see very much, so I'm super pleased with how well these eclairs worked. They're light and subtle, but super summery and have the perfect amount of melon-ness!
