A perfect going into summer treat, made mini and vegan!
These orange bars are the perfect dessert for any summer occasion, or for no occasion at all! Inspired by one of my favourite popsicles, they're definitely something I'll be whipping up more of through out the summer!
I had never used cardamom in baked goods before working on this recipe and I love how it turned out, especially combined with lemon. It's definitely an ingredient I want to use more in future baking!
I love scones and lemon so pairing both together will clearly end up delicious!
An easy classic, I wanted to make a vegan version since lemon poppy seed muffins (and loaf!) is one of my favourite go tos at coffee shops and cafes. I like topping mine with fresh squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar!
The pairing of lime and coconut is just divine and exactly what we need to survive winter! Adding the slices of lime on top of the mini-loaves makes them very moist and tasty!
I love baking with lemon! It's one of my favorite ingredients to work with because it's so versatile, and so easy to pair with other flavors. It's delicious in shortbread cookies, and basically any other dessert you can think of!
I always found that orange is not an easy fruit to work with for desserts! It tooke me may tries before finding the perfect texture and flavor balance for those truffles! But it was worth all the work!
