Yields around 16 cookies

1 1/4 cup room temperature butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup Reese's pieces
1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

  1. Preheat oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar on high in an electric mixer until it's light and fluffy.
  3. Sift dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and set aside.
  4. With the mixer on low speed add the eggs in one at a time, waiting until each one is mixed completely. Add in the vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl, mix until combined and then add in the reese's pieces and dark chocolate.
  6. Scoop the cookie dough out onto your baking sheet and bake for around 9 minutes for a soft and chewy cookie.
