I thought of this recipe as a breakfast meal to share with your family and friends! I've made it with raspberries and almonds but you could use any berries or nuts of your choice! And for those who have a sweet tooth, you may add a glaze on top of the brioche cake!
Moist and bouncy brioche just the way we like it but made as a single portion so much easier to serve. I didn't add cinnamon in this recipe but if you do like cinnamon, feel free to add 1 tsp in the sugar mixture.
It's without any expectations and confidence that I baked brioche for the first time. I was happily surprised every step was successful and the brioche turned out moist and bouncy! Combining that with pineapple and raspberry was absolutley delicious!
