Vegan Tri-Flavoured Donuts
The base of the donuts is a vanilla cake donut batter, with fruity additions for the different flavoured swirls. I make the batters individually rather than making one batch to add the flavours in after to avoid overmixing the batter. It is quite easy to make the donuts turn out tough if overmixed!
St-Patrick's Rainbow Donuts
Donuts are made to be decorated like rainbows! If you want to make just regular rainbows, just leave out the clovers.
Vegan Chocolate Donuts with Strawberry Glaze
Taking inspiration from a Valentines Day classic, chocolate covered strawberries! I made this recipe with that in mind and it works so perfectly in donut form. It's a very moist cakey donut, but won't crumble apart. I recommend making a double batch as these don't stick around!
Vegan London Fog Donuts
When I lived in Vancouver I made frequent visits to Cartems donuts, and I almost always got their vegan earl grey donut. It's been so long since I've been able to enjoy their donuts, so I couldn't help but make a recipe for vegan London fog donuts to try to fill the void in my life!
Strawberry Kiwi Donuts
This recipe is an hommage to the strawberry kiwi cupcake recipe Rachel and I created together back when we were working at the bakery. I just love the pairing of strawberry and kiwi and it's perfect in a donut!
