"Vampire bite" cupcakes are super adorable for a halloween treat, and perfect for a jelly filling! I wanted a nice red coloured filling but didn't feel like sticking to raspberry so I whipped up a batch of homemade pomegranate jelly! The combo of chocolate and pomegranate is divine.
